We will be conducting a routine unit inspection of all units beginning on 04/29/2024 at 10am at all of the Starwood Realty Company Properties in the Fort Lauderdale Area. The reason for these inspections is primarily just to check all toilets and faucets for any leaks or any routine needed maintenance within the unit. A Friendly Reminder to all Starwood Residents

Dear Residents,

We hope this notice finds you well. We are writing to address a recurring issue that has come to our attention regarding cigarette butts being improperly disposed of in common areas, particularly in the planter areas and on the floor.

We understand that smoking is a personal choice, but it is essential to remind everyone that our building has a strict no-smoking policy in common areas. This policy is not only in place for the comfort and safety of all residents but also to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of our shared spaces.

Unfortunately, we have noticed an increase in the number of cigarette butts being discarded inappropriately, leading to unsightly litter and potential fire hazards. It is crucial for everyone to respect the rules and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

To ensure a pleasant living environment for all residents, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines:

  1. No Smoking in Designated Non-Smoking Areas: Please refrain from smoking in common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and any other areas designated as non-smoking zones.
  2. Proper Disposal: If you choose to smoke in permitted outdoor areas, such as designated smoking zones, please ensure that you properly dispose of cigarette butts. Do not throw them on the floor or into planters.
  3. Considerate Behavior: Be mindful of your neighbors and the environment. Avoid littering and maintain cleanliness in shared spaces.
  4. Reporting Violations: If you observe any violations of the no-smoking policy or improper disposal of cigarette butts, please notify the building management promptly.

New roof project begins on February 27th 2023 for Casa Victoria Apartments

Starting Monday February 27th and ending Wednesday March 1st Paletz Roofing will be on site commencing the re-roof project at Casa Victoria Apartments. Beginning at 8am all vehicles will need to be moved from the designated areas highlighted in the below picture. This is for both crew safety and to minimize the chance of property and vehicle damage. We understand that this is an inconvenience for our tenants, and for this we apologize.

A friendly reminder to all tenants with pets

It has once again come to the attention of management that some tenants with dogs have not been diligent in cleaning up after their furry friends. We would like to remind all tenants with pets that it is your responsibility to clean up after your pets. We do not want our staff or other tenants having to step in unwanted things while walking the grounds. It is disrespectful to both your neighbors and guests. Please make sure to have a sanitary way of cleaning up after your pets when they are walked. We thank you for your cooperation with this matter.
